Apprentice Teams

As an apprentice team, your first assignment will be to draw your room!

The teams will also be given one CONDITION that comes with the room which will be noted to you soon after acceptance. If your team collectively finds the provided room CONDITION to be uninhabitable, you can be asked to be reassigned to a new room with a new condition. You get one room reassignment for free. If your room turns out to be worst, that is just too bad.  After that, you cannot change  your condition without spending points or trading with other members.

For room layout ideas and size comparison, please see here. Do note that these are only IDEAS of layouts. The size of the room must be kept the same, however.

This is a small room template of a ‘standard’ apprentice room. You do not need to use this. If you do use this, please modify and change it substantially. Make it your own, man. uvu

• Each team is to provide a 710x400 image of their setting. A Room Journal will be put up soon to display all your pretty rooms & deco & furniture that you’ve accumulated!
• There is no due date for this assignment. However, do note that only Teams with completed Room Assignments will be able to use their Furniture Items.
• Completion of this assignment will gain you +20 pts.

Simply buy using your points and you will receive a PNG file for you to drop into your room. There is only one of each item in the world so if you want it, you should buy it. uvu
There are some rules for store bought items however:

• You can only scale the item proportional to the perspective of your room. However you can rotate it, float it, or flip it.
• You can also modify the colors to fit the lighting of your room but you cannot change the main colors completely.
• For those who don't have their rooms drawn, you buy the items and keep them till you draw your rooms. uvu Also, you cannot claim that you drew the items, these items belong to the group you are in, Death's Apprentices.

Team 000/ TEAM TROLL

Condition:

Special room is in a high tower that over looks HQ. Think Tangled. The bottom floor is round, the top is like a crescent moon shape. Like the sun and the moon. There are many arches and windows and books. There also is a built in bathroom thanks to renovators! Leaders get fancy rooms, especially if they've stayed in it for two millenniums or more.

Condition:

It’s as if you stumbled into a futuristic Tron-esque movie, or something. There’s glowing circuits everywhere, but they’re strangely...cool to the touch instead of overheated. That’s some weird current running through wires, alright. Somehow everything looks like onE of dem sci-fi movies...except cooler. And sleeker. With room for actual furniture.

Congratulations! You won our raffle! You didn’t know you entered? Well, someone entered you.
Anyways here is your prize! You can choose WHEREVER YOU WANT TO LIVE! Want to live in a hobbit hole? You can do that! Want to live on a tree house? You can do that too! As long as you stick with the size limit of your room (small), you can live there.
But here is the thing….you will only get one full size bed. Yes for all four of you. No you can’t buy more beds.

Team 003/Team PriSSSm

Condition:

Under the Grand Music Hall there is a unfinished cellar area. It’s almost like a cave down there, a bit damp, really dark, straight up Phantom of the Opera style. The Headquarter planning Association tried to dress it up the best they could (by throwing fabric over the rocks and adding a few pillows here and there) but yeah...it still looks like an unfinished cellar. What is worst is that you can hear every. single. thing. the Music Hall is performing upstairs. From the horrible operas, to the piercing musicals, to the loud rock concerts. But hey, at least you don’t have to pay for tickets for all this CULTURE.

Team 004/Unnamed Team

Condition:

Down by the shore is a small hut that you call home. Inside is lit by little tiki lanterns and your floor looks to be covered by a simple bamboo mat. The roof is straw and the walls are all made from wood and the sand...it gets everywhere. But hey, you get a great view of the sunset!

Team 005/Team Statice

Condition:

This entire room appears to be made of wood, the high walls, the floors, the high ceiling ceiling, all wood. And yet the source of light in this room comes from individually lit candles, hanging in small glass balls, which are in turn hanging from strings draped across the wooden beams running across the higher walls. What a fire hazard! Although there is a large floor-to-ceiling glass window that allows sunlight in, you will probably need to light these candles when it gets to night time in order to see your way around the room. (how you’re gonna reach them is anybody’s guess) Wooden shelves after wooden shelves also line the walls of this room, and one particular column is just filled with books, crammed into the shelves. 4 particularly large shelves seem to have been converted to relatively large beds.  The rest of the shelves are empty, though.

Team 006/Unnamed Team

Condition:

It seems like your room is on the top floor of a building, it looks to be an attic. The ceiling has exposed wooden beams that taper to a point above you. The floor is dusty and made from creaky wood. There are a lot of cardboard boxes here, looks like some apprentices had used this room for storage and forgot about them here. There is one small triangle shaped window on the far wall and it overlooks the HQ.
There is no AC, there is no heat. It get pretty drafty and your primary light source is an old exposed bulb in the middle of the room, hanging from a wire.

Looks like someone cobbled together a treehouse in the park out of old wooden planks and found material. And that is where you guys live! You barely get any electricity and your bathroom is the same public bathroom that everyone in the park uses but...umm...you live in a treehouse so that is pretty cool!

You open the window and you are faced with...a large tree trunk. There is a makeshift ladder that runs down it. Seems to lead to Team 007's room. Other than this, the rest of the room is up to you.

Team 009/PRESIDENTIAL SUITE

Condition:

There is no light switch. There are just....lights. Bulbs of every size and design hanging from the ceiling, glowing warmly and ethereally. There are no lampshades, just bulbs. Pretty, glowing bulbs.If you're afraid of the dark, you'd completely welcome being in this room. Only problem is: you can’t turn them off. Whoops.

Team 011/TIME OUT CORNER

Condition:

So in the middle of a small forest right outside the main city of the HQ, there’s a quaint clearing where a house on stilts is located. It’s made of wood, well-maintained, and the fact that it’s on stilts keeps it safe from flash floods and cool during the day. But because it’s been around here for some time, many plants have grown all over the furniture there, and you often get visits from woodland creatures! You can’t get rid of the tree roots and creeper vines growing in there since they’re holding up part of your new home’s foundation... But at least...you guys are closer to nature? Hehe.

Condition:

Certain architecture in HQ is made to resemble that in the living world, and this Medieval styled castle is no exception. Fashioned like a 14th Century English castle, your new room is located in the top tower of this castle, making you feel a little like Rapunzel. To get down, you’d either need to climb down a long winding staircase, or take the short-cut of climbing down an extensive vine-wall rock-climbing style. Other than this strenuous inconvenience (which is sure to give your legs a great workout every time you return home). For those of you who lived during this medieval period, some things about this room might give you nostalgia...

Team 013 / The Unluckies

Condition:

Right in the middle of one particularly beautiful lake in Death’s plane, there sits a lovely wooden cabin perched nicely in the middle of a small island. The lake’s water is clear, pristine, and fishing can be a lovely past time for your team if you were to live in this nice hut. It is...a little secluded though. And quiet. And only text messages for Reap Orders can come through, so if you want internet you’re gonna have to set up your own router for it! The house also comes with a single row boat for you to get from the shore to the house itself. Meaning that...you guys will probably have to work it out among yourselves so that no one gets stranded in the house when someone rows the boat out to the shore...

Team 014 / TEAM PARADIGM

Condition:

Whoever owned this room before really liked superheros. Was it the entire team, or one obnoxious teammate that decorated the walls? It’s full of posters, merchandise, ...movie props attached on to the wall. There’s even a one-size-fits-all Captain America suit in the closet.

Because of some bizarre mix up, your room is in the middle of the chrysanthemum fields in an old small greenhouse. Good news, the greenhouse is thriving and all the plants are green and happy! Bad news, there are no beds. And it’s VERY humid in the summer. The Headquarter Planning Association who gave you the room offered a box of hammocks with an apology letter and a basket of fruits as consolation tho. So you have that. Well...At least it’s better than sleeping on the fields.

Human/Fallen Teams

Human teams do not have to live together but if they do, they not have a set room like apprentices. Because of it, human teams can create their room to however they want. Perhaps you guys all work in a cafe. Or maybe you guys have a meeting spot in the park somewhere. Or maybe it's your forever alone studio apartment. Please provide your own image of your team's area.

SA Humans and Fallens are outside of Death’s control and are not bound by her rules. You have no set layout, size, nor condition. However, you are still free to buy items from Matvei’s item shop.

Hunters Team

Hunters are completely free agents. They do not need to team up or live together. There are certain hunter base scattered through and each hunter can choose which base they want to claim as home. These places tend to be secretive and highly populated (like cities for example). Hunter points are counted by each member individually if they are solo, teams if they are not. Please draw your base or your living space.

Members can also create their own base with their team but please discuss it with your Hunter leader first. It will be up to draw your own base. Each base will have its own item pool.
